Massage Therapy relaxes muscles, easing and soothing your aches and pains. It rejuvenates - restoring balance to our body and being, making us better for all the things life throws our way. General body massage with medicated steam bath. Massage with medicated oil along with steam therapy is given for specific period as preliminary treatment. It tones, improves circulation, restores energy, eliminates toxins, reduces fat, impart beauty and a feeling of youthfulness and vigor.

OIL USED
Ayurveda: make massage oils from sesame, almond,.........Massage Oils for women and children: To 4 cups of sesame oil, add 2 tablespoons each of almond oil, wheat germ oil and jasmine oil. Massage oils for men: To 4 cups of sesame oil, add 2 tablespoons of mustard oil, heated with 1/2 a teaspoon of asafoetida. Filter the mustard oil, then add 3 tablespoons of turmeric (Kurkuma) powder abd cook until the turmeric turns dark brown. Then add to the sesame oil.

General Massage: Rs.1,200/- (45 minutes). Herbal drink with 1 hour Free package for Swimming pool.
Point Massage: Rs.600/- (30 minutes) {Head Massage / Extremities) Herbal drink with 1 hour free package for swimming pool.
